Aaron P. Gaddis

Defense Attorney

Aaron P. Gaddis

Aaron P. Gaddis is a seasoned attorney with an extensive background in criminal defense litigation. He has appeared in Court and fought for his clients and their rights thousands of times, ranging from homicide to sexual assault to driving under the influence, with countless contested hearings and trials behind him. Through successful negotiations, the pre-trial process and successful motion hearings, he has saved his clients from lengthy prison sentences. He knows that when clients come in with criminal charges, it is likely the low point in their lives, and he takes a passion being there for those clients in need – not only as an attorney but also as a confident and zealous advocate of each client’s constitutional and statutory rights.

Aaron is bridging the gap between criminal defense & other areas of the law, bringing his experience to issues such as protection order hearings, Department of Motor Vehicle Hearings (DMV hearings), prohibiting unlawful search warrants, and any other area of the law that will help him to better represent any client charged with a criminal case. Aaron knows that a criminal charge affects a person’s life in numerous ways and does all that he can to help each client navigate those sometimes-murky waters. His ability to relate to his clients and understand their motivations enables him to represent them in a way some other attorneys cannot and his confidence in the courtroom ensures his clients will be represented zealously.

Aaron is a native of Colorado Springs. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science at Colorado State University, in 2002, and then attended the University of Denver law school. After graduation in 2006, Aaron immediately passed the bar exam and began working for the Colorado State Public Defender’s Office. Aaron has practiced in numerous courts and in front of a plethora of judges. As part of the Public Defender’s Office, Aaron practiced in Silverthorne covering the I-70 corridor and then, Salida, where he practiced in the prison jurisdiction of Canon City for over four years. There is not a situation in the criminal law field that Aaron has not handled, and his experience in the courtroom has given him an edge that benefits all his clients.
