COVID-19 Update To Our Clients

Update 11/24/20

Read the latest Order Regarding Court Operations made effective November 20th.

Update 6/18/20

Chief Judge Brimmer has issued General Order 2020-10. This General Order guides Court operations beginning on June 22, 2020, and supersedes General Orders 2020-1, 2020-3, 2020-8, and 2020-9 on that date. Beginning June 22, 2020, all entrants to courthouses are required to wear a mask or face covering that covers the user’s nose and mouth when entering the courthouses and at all times within the courthouses, including common areas, elevators, hallways, stairwells, courtrooms, witness waiting rooms, and bathrooms. Entrants are also required to maintain six feet of distance between themselves and other people within the courthouses. Jury trials scheduled to commence now through July 31, 2020, except for certain pilot trials selected by the Chief Judge, are continued subject to further order of the presiding judicial officer. The Clerk’s Office and the Probation Offices remain closed to public entry.
